Sahiyagarh













52 Km south east of Deoria distric and 3 km east of Bhagalpur(a small town in Deoria distric Uttar Pradesh,India)on the bank of Saryu rivern lies Sahiyagarh
A place where many idols are lying under the sun without the attention of any Govt agencies.These idols are either from Gupta or Pal dynasty. many has been flown into the river by the illiterate villagers and some are kept in their home and worshipped as family god.These photographs and the details are made available by Vidhyavasini ranjan Pandey and Mukesh Srivastava both are having post graduate degree in ancient history.
