URIC ACID TEST

Free Uric acid test was organized by C-MODEP on 26th Feb '2012 in fron of Nagar Panchayat, Salempur Deoria. Total 96 patients underwent this test in which 16 patients had increased uric acid for which treatment was adviced by Dr Kundan Kumar.

Banasur Capital Kotha village

It is said that capital of Banasur Sonitpur is the present Sonitpur distric of Assam..It is also said that it is near Lohaghat of Champawat in Kumaon.The ancient Multan city of Punjab is known by different names, but one of its oldest name according to Cunningham, was Kashyappur .It was founded by Kashyapa. After Kashyapa, his eldest son, Daitya Hiran Kashyapa born from Diti, succeeded him. After him his son Prahlad and later his son Banasura, became the heir of the Kingdom of Kashyapa. At the same time Krishna killed Banasura and later Krishna's son Samba became the king of Kashyapapur.Some says it to be near Tamilnadu.
But what we are listening from our childhood that Shonitpur is present day Sohanpur of Deoria distric in Uttar Pradesh.In the area there is a pyramid of soil which is supposd to be the remains of fort of Banasur in the village of Kotha.It is a folklore that pieces of gold has been recovered from the water flowing through the pyramid which is always unidirectional..There is a barren land which is said to be place of war between lord Krishna and Banasur.Sohagra temple of Lord Shiva is probably biggest Shivlinga ever made and it iwas the place where Banasur use to worshipped Lord Shiva. Due to poor and backward area these things never attracted any organizationor Govt body.C-MODEP is trying hard to give it's glory back.
